Is "SELE" (left side, 5 lines up) the equivalent of סלה - the last word of 3:13 ?
Why is it that the Greek fragments in the Dead Sea scrolls never seem to REALLY match the "known" Greek versions. I find that a lot of words are synonyms, but definitely not the same.

SELE here is indeed the equivalent of the Hebrew סלה. It is the last word of Habakkuk 3:13.This manuscript is indeed a Greek translation that is different from the better know Septuagint translation. The current theory is that this manuscript represents a Greek version of the Minor Prophets that is loosely based on the Septuagint, but that was corrected in order to create a Greek version more in line with the Masoretic Text.
