The right side contains the text of D'varim 29:13-19 (Nitzavim), with some slight differences. The left side contains the transition from Nitzavim (D'varim 30:20) to Vayeylekh (D'varim 31:1-31:6(?)), with one very important difference (as well as other differences). After 30:20, the next pasuk is NOT 31:1--
וַיֵּ֖לֶךְ מֹשֶׁ֑ה וַיְדַבֵּ֛ר אֶת־הַדְּבָרִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה אֶל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל.
Rather, it is 32:45--וַיְכַ֣ל מֹשֶׁ֗ה לְדַבֵּ֛ר אֶת־כָּל־הַדְּבָרִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה אֶל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל
These two p'sukim are very similar; in fact, the first words differ only in the order of the last two letters. If the scribe was writing from memory, then it is possible that the scribe transposed the last two letters and recalled 32:45 instead of 31:1 (or if the scribe was copying, the scribe of the source scroll did so). Alternatively, an editor perhaps later decided that the pasuk starting וַיֵּ֖לֶךְ was better to place here than the pasuk starting וַיְכַ֣ל. If there is a parchment fragment with the text of D'varim 32, it would be interesting to see how it reads towards the end where 32:45 should be.
